Evidence-based support to nurture a more peaceful relationship with food
I'm Lindsay, a Registered Dietitian

As an anti-diet Registered Dietitian and founder of Lindsay Levitz Nutrition (LLN), I am committed to providing compassionate, weight-inclusive nutrition care. My approach is rooted in an anti-diet culture philosophy where I believe that food should not be a source of guilt or shame, but a way to nourish, care for, and connect with your body. Instead of focusing on weights, diets, or rigid rules, I help clients build trust with their bodies, honor hunger and fullness cues, and develop a healthier relationship with food. I believe that there are no "good"/ "bad" or "healthy"/ "unhealthy" foods. My goals are to empower you to step away from diet culture and move toward balance, flexibility, and long-term well-being, as well as get you back to your life without worrying about food (with an emphasis on ALL food is GOOD food)!

My background includes working in a clinical inpatient and outpatient setting with children/adolescents/young adults struggling with eating disorders and malnutrition for many different reasons, where I gained extensive experience supporting patients & families through some of the most challenging times. I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor and have ample experience working with the general pediatric population where I completed comprehensive assessments of a child's/adolescent's nutrition status, labs, health history, etc., provided nutrition intervention, and developed a care plan for those who were malnourished. I have attended and spoke at the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners conference in 2024 on "A Strategic Guide to Management and Treatment of Eating Disorders/Malnutrition in the Outpatient Setting". I have also attended and represented a poster at the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Associates conference in 2025. I received my Bachelors Degree from West Chester University and officially became a Registered Dietitian after completing 1,000+ hours of supervised practice, as well as passing a nation registration exam administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). My clinical rotation was completed at Lehigh Valley Hospital where I obtained extensive experience providing nutrition care to adults, adolescents, children, and newborns. My community rotation was completed at The Renfrew Center where I was able to obtain ample experience providing nutrition care to those with eating disorders/disordered eating.

I am a BIG summer/warm weather person. I love the beach, boating, lakes, sunset walks, and spending time with my family & friends. If it is warm, you will find me outside. I also love trying new restaurants and finding new coffee shops!
